We then realise their optimum development potential through market analysis which informs and guides our creative design process.
OUR APPROACH
At Novel Properties, we only pick development opportunities where we can add value at every stage of the development process. From initial block planning and choice of dwelling type to securing planning and managing the construction stage, we add value by ensuring our project team are instructed with a clear list of priorities.
Identifying and communicating the fundamental development priorities to the team at project inception is the essential first step on any of our developments.
Only after the priorities are fixed can the principles of “Total Architecture” be implemented in the design process. This philosophy ensures the creation of saleable spaces, which are in harmony with the surroundings and have an overall quality and fitness for purpose that commands a premium.
