Our niche is the conversion of light industrial and office buildings in the Midlands of England into fashionable residential developments. These developments retain some of the architectural elements of the original building which give them a unique character that differentiates our residential units from the standard new build developments. Our focus is on existing properties with a GIFA of 500-750m2 located close to residential areas and within walking distance of a town centre.
